after LOR (Letter of Release)

I'm waiting on my LOR and I'm sort of at loss of what happens once i receive it? I am stationed overseas in Europe. My questions are, once I receive LOR will I get a NLT date on my LOR? What exactly is on the LOR? Do I do my leave form following that? Do I get some guidelines as far as what to do? i.e. transitions, clearing, etc? Thank you
