Air Force Reservist close to retirement adding info to medical records

Good morning everyone,
I have 22 years with the reserves and have finally decided to wrap things up. I have added medical items from my civilian doctors to my military medical records ever since I started. These records (sleep apnea for example) have had me on various profiles over the years and I'm just wondering if they are recognized as "service connected" by the VA since I have seen a military provider to have them added to my records? If so can I continue to do this till I retire?

Thank you all for the many years of wonderful information

Ive heard title 10 and title 32 are service connected. But you have nothing to loose, so i would try.

If the condition was related to, or aggravated by duty (while you were entitled to pay) then it would be considered service connected.
