Am I eligible to use Tuition Assistance?

I was medically retired three months ago with 40%dod and 90% VA. I recently logged into Goarmyed and it says I am TA eligible. Am I still able to use TA for classes or its just a technical error?
 
Are you on terminal leave?
 
I suspect it is a glitch. TA requires a service obligation.
 
If you're 90% VA you should go talk to Voc Rehab. If you decide to pursue school with them, the #1 thing to keep in mind is:

Voc-Rehab is a JOBs program not a school/TA program. So sell your case as such. I.e. I found possible work in field X and it needs degree Y. NOT: I want to go to school for Y because X might be a cool job.
