Any experiences with Pulmonary Hypertension?

Hi,
I'm in the AF active duty for about 7 years. Recently on a regular PHA my PCM noticed a heart murmur, he ordered an echo and the results came back showing moderate Pulmonary Hypertension. After that the PCM ordered a Pulmonary Function test that showed moderate COPD. My PCM referred me to a pulmonologist before he started my MED board package. I don't want to be separated, but it seems it will happen. I'm new to this process. Based on my diagnosis, any chance of getting medical retire?

I don't have much experience but PH is one of the issues I am going through an MEB for. I only have mild PH, with a reading of 37 or 39 mmhg. I am also mild for COPD and have severe Sleep Apnea. I recommend that you have a sleep study, often all of these things are tied together.
PH is a significant issue and a finding of PH identified by echo or right side heart cath will net you a 100% rating from the VA according to what I have read.
