I compeleted 2 LIMDUs and was found FFD WWA and my condition has been stabile for 6 months on current med doses. Was denide by 2 SMOs on 2 different ships. So the PEB process was started. I recieved my findings on DEC 4th and was told if I appeal it I had till DEC 9th to get all medical and non-medical documentation. The question I have is why my PEBLO not giving me this info and a Chief that cannot even acess my medical records or info handleing this part of the process and wants me to give him my medical info showing the changes of my condition and my NMA letters. Also is there anyone I can contact to get info on my legal rights I have read most of the instructions but would like to speak with someone.
