Hello,

Below is my current timeline for some people who may or may not want to read, I am IDES referred for PTSD.

06/03/2024: Referred to med board P3 Signed DA 3304
07/18/2024: PEBLO Assigned/ first contact
07/18/2024: Medical records received by MEB
07/22/2024: First C&P Appointment
08/24/2024: Last C&P Appointment
09/16/2024: NARSUM Signed and concurred
09/18/2024: NARSUM Submitted to VA
Whats Next?
 
To answer what is next
1. Commander Statement
2. MEB should determine you not retainable
3. Confirmation of case forwarded to PEB; should also be advised in the email to complete SFLTAP during this time; also, should be made aware in the email the PEB is the only board with authority determining you fit or unfit for service
4. PEB determines FIT = return to duty; no DoD ratings/ no VA ratings
4a. You can appeal the PEB decision and add 30 days+ to this timeline
4. PEB determines UNFIT = case forwarded to VA for ratings
5. Ratings come back with DoD and VA ratings
6. DoD 30% or more = medically retired
6. DoD less than 30% = medically separated with severance
7. Signing form 199
8. NLT date and clearing

Same timeline for me at Cavazos. NARSUM submitted 09/16/2024 and sent to PEB same day. Emailed my PEBLO last Friday and he said there was no decision or movement

Rebuttal sent forward: 22 July 2024

Sent to PEB: 13 Aug 2024

24 OCT 2024: Still have not received any findings from PEB.

Hopefully our timelines dont get messed up with all these fed holidays!! Keep us updated
 
Mine closed on 29th , i called VA 1800 told them i was on leave and they Emailed me my Proposed Ratings, Just waiting on my D199 now, was told up to 2 weeks for that but others here on Ft.bliss got it same week along with orders shortly after

How long was it with rater? im hoping less than a week i got a killer job lined up and want to start outprocessing ASAP
