Just waiting on the DA199 at this point. Hoping to hear something soon.

How were you able to get proposed rating? Ive tried calling and I say I can’t access it and it’s been over 10 days, but they won’t share with me still. Thanks!

So I called the VA's 1-800 number once, and got the same answer they gave you. I called a second time a couple days later and the lady I spoke with emailed it to me. From what I've read from others on here, it's luck of the draw on who's willing to send it to you. I'd call back and just ask "Hey I have a claim that closed on X date and can't download the decision letter. Is there any way you can email it to me?"

also mine showed complete just a few days before yours. Still waiting on my da199!
Hopefully we both hear something soon! Almost everything I've seen on here is VA claim closed to DA199 in-hand is 14 days and under. I'm trying hard not to compare timelines lol

Do you happen to remember the extension you went to? Was it like disability compensation or something like that?

Thank you! I’ve called over 8 times with no luck. I really want to hear but I don’t think they are gunna tell me
This is also what happened with me. Called and called and when I finally got someone to email it, the letter just said it had been sent to my PEBLO and to wait. Got my hopes up just to get nothing.

do you have a VA login? if so, go to google chrome, search chrome extensions for VA, add it, log into VA.gov, go to claims, activate extension, it will show your ratings if the VA has completed them.

If you have a VSO, they can see them too with the new system now.
