So long story short i was told by my NCO's they arent going to add me to group chat because i do not have an iphone. Come this morning im OMW to work as normal and get a call at 545 asking where i am at. so i tell them im omw in to work as usual to be there by 6am for 610 accountability before morning formation. They inform me i am late and missing formation.

My leadership did not text me or call me once over the weekend to let me know the timeline AND location changed for monday morning. I ended up still being able to show up to the right place even with the last minute change and I am being counseled for missing 3 formations this morning even tho i only technicaly missed one and they are recommending me for Art 15 for multiple FTR's

I dont know what to do in this situation since i didnt do anything wrong in this situation and none of the NCO's who are suppose to keep me informed of timelines are taking accountability for their mistake.

I have been told multiple time by First sergeant that he WILL find a way to Chapter me out of military so i dont get medically retired. Ever since i started my Medboard ive had a Target on my back, before they barely knew my name and now im the biggest shitbag in the company , I have never been in trouble ever in my career, never been late, never disrespected an NCO always at the right place at right time so these are the first counselings in my career leading to a recommended Article 15.

What is your question? Fight it. Going straight to an article 15 is weird. Do you have a paper trail of issues? What branch are you in? What are you being med boarded for?

Seek immediate legal defense

How did it turn out? Legal will not help you until charges have been referred. You could take your chances with the commander and if you don't like that outcome you can appeal, but that doesn't really work very often. I know NCOs like to throw around UCMJ recommendation. As a commander I usually would say to stop bothering me with NCO business. UCMJ is a lot of work for the command- I usually had more important things to worry about than some Joe being late cause his leadership didn't use the 1/3 - 2/3 rule.
