Bared for re enlistment

So where do I begin I recently was barred for re enlistment list due to the fact my psg height and weight / taped I recently just came off of dead man's profile on sep 12 from my bi lateral gynecomastia surgery that took place on June 30 th of this year so ofcourse I'm going to gain a lot of weight during my recovery time I've have been fighting this loose skin since 2015 when I first joined and now I'm finally getting it taking care of I've never had and an issue with height weight until my surgery not only that I'll surgery again in December to get rid of the excess skin from my stomach but I'm just wondering is my psg in the right for baring me right after surgery
