I have been assigned to BCP in NOV 2011 as my first assignment ever. On April 26th my va results where submitted to the PEB. On June 3rd I was given a page 11 by the Sgt in charge of the BCP. It was from my BN CO (naval captain) informing me that I will be processed for administrative separation due to insufficient effort. Can I be administratively separated by BCP while in the PEB/IDES process?

I have 11yrs of service in the Marines with No NJPs, and no negative page 11s, other than the initial assignment to BCP. I have completed (2) 6 months of limited duty and then referred for the MED Board. I am also now being seen at Mental Health.
 
No.......you can't be separated for non-punative charges. Did they properly document your BCP assignment back in November? Send you to medical, etc?
 
They forgot to assign a Dietary plan, order the MCI, and didn't give me a 4th month eval. Today I submitt my rebuttal. On June 6th my package was accepted by the PEB for action.
