Breathing Issues

Hello, I have been having breathing issues since January 2018. Since then my breathing has become worse. I have been to the ER 6 times since May because of breathing issues. They have diagnosed me with exercise induced asthma, vocal cord dysfunction, and laryngopharynx reflux. They have me on advair 230/21, Singulair, albuterol for my asthma and prilosec for my VCD and LPR. None of my medications seem to help. I have been on duty limitations, mobility restrictions, and fitness restrictions for 4 months. They have had me pending MEB for a month, and every time I ask about it I just get an "Air Force" answer, and they never really let me know what is going on. I just want to know if my career is going to end soon or not.
I would appreciated any information or advice.

My PCM said I have to talk to my speech therapist or pulmonologist about it, and when I asked them they said my PCM has to initiate the MEB. When I asked my PCM about it again they said the MEB is pending, and they don't know when the MEB will happen.
