Hey yall got a question about tricare online. I have been seeing lots of people post about their C&P's showing up online. Does this only happen after all of them are completed or as they are done? I had my first exam last Wednesday and the last two are next week.

It took 4 months for my first few to show up on TOL which is an uncommon amount of time. I recently went through some additional exams. That doctor alerted me that she immediately sent the exams in the same day. The exams go through a clearing process for typos and such. These then appeared about 2.5 weeks later.

Because I was IDES mine were available within two weeks on TOL.

Is there a required timeline, some of mine have shown up within a couple of days. Others are over two weeks past

Keep in mind Tricare Online is going away permanently October 1st. Mine never showed up in Genesis, but you'll likely see your exam results posted on LIMDU Smart since you're in the Navy. There are some quirks to LIMDU Smart and I advise you poke around with it on a government computer and get the full scoop on your file. I also advise finishing all your exams before checking consistently since there's no way your file will be sent over in full without finishing all of your exams.

While I get the anxiety, it's best to sit and review everything at once instead of holding your breath for each C&P to be released.

My VA scheduling vendor was VES, and the time it took my DBQs to reflect on TOL varied. The DBQ provider, in theory, has 30 days to complete their parts and send them back to the scheduler for QC/QA. Then, the scheduler, in my case, VES, had an additional 30 days before they were required to share the DBQs with the VA and ultimately reflect on TOL. If you are in no rush like I was, leave them alone. The DBQs are valid for a whole year. If you want your med board to speed up, call your scheduler and provider who completed the DBQ and be the annoying person they want to get rid of. They will hurry up and complete their DBQ obligations just so they don't have to deal with you.

My DBQ timeline with VES

12 March 2024 - C&P virtual mental health

DBQ posted 1 April 2024

19 March 2024- C & P eyes

DBQ posted 28 March 2024

25 March 2024 - C &P Hearing Test

DBQ posted 26 March 2024

4 April 2024 - C&P Gen exam

DBQ posted 30 May 2024

Just a heads up... Looking like all DBQ and treatment documents are being removed from TOL. I'm not sure yet if this is part of the site being shuttered in October or just a glitch. Mine just all vanished.

I advise getting a signature of release for records like a week before leaving service. I filled out a records release form before leaving the Marines and I got all of my records from MEPS to every single file from the VA barring my C file. I'm gonna just request that separately from the VA.

The notes were so in-depth I got the actual VA request for deferred info from the VES examiner and everything. Just make sure you do it right before leaving. I left about 2 weeks after requesting my records and they mailed it to me, but due diligence may vary from location to location.

Mine are fine. It happens on weekends sometimes, no need to spread the fire. However everyone needs to be aware come Oct 1st they will be gone.

Is there anyone to call? I have all DBQs on ToL minus 2 and my last appointment is this week. The 2 missing (Hearing exam & head to toe exam) were completed 1st week of July.

If you can't access them online your PEBLO should be able to get them for you. That is assuming they are available. Sometimes they get pulled for quality assurance review or there are issues with it and the contractor needs to send it back to the doc to add additional information so that the VA can properly rate the condition.
