20Apr26 - Counseling and concur NARSUM
08May26 - Receieved 199 from PEB
13May26 - Signed 199 not concur, request appeal for combat V code and VA reconsider.
21May26 - Submitted statement of contention
29May26 - Received 199 with V1,V3,V4 code assigned
01Jun26 - Submitted VARR
03Jun26 - Received approval of VA reconciliation with new 199 for 100%
05Jun26 - Received retirement order
