I think you are closer than you think to getting findings. Have you called your MSC? Our cases are pretty similar. I was referred for cervical fusion also.

PEB accepted 7 Aug 2019 on MOL
Sent to VA on 17 Sept 2019
VA complete 24 Sept 2019

Waiting on final PEB QA phase, average from reading the forums is about 3-4 weeks after received back from VA.

What is not in the timeline is, at some point in September, my PEBLO claimed that the PEB returned it as they "could not read the NMA" (which is typed into the NARSUM). I think that pushed me back by about a week. With any luck, it will be at the VA by the 17th.

Following up to see where you are in the process.

Did you ever get your new EAS?

Thanks brother! Congrats! When did you call MMSR after you signed and sent it back?
Thanks dude! Honestly, I didn’t have to bother calling them. I just took my time to check out and let that part take care of itself. Just monitor MOL once you’ve signed and your EAS will update in due time. They told me generally 14 days after is when they post EAS dates.

On another note, I was also told by the MSC and my PEBLO they only do medical separations on the 15th and 30th of each month. So it really might not matter if you call or not, but I don’t know how true that is.
