Can a dependent be covered by his medically retired father's Tricare health plan and active duty step father's tricare dental? His step father's dental options are better than FEDVIP options availble to retired father. He is currently on his father's plans, pending retirement.

I'm guessing yes since the Tricare dental program is voluntary otherwise the child can have only one sponsor.
If doing so were determined to be insurance fraud, that would be big trouble. Check with the company and get their answer in writing.
