DOD Disability: 70%
TIS: 15 years, 6 months
VA Disability: 100% Rating + Spouse for a total of $3321.85
Expected CRSC: 70%

I don't qualify for any other retirement. Thanks in advance.

Hello @jackfoley,

Using your information and assuming 4760 is the total of the highest 36 months of basic pay divided by 36:

1. 4760 x 70% = 3332 retired pay
2. Retired pay 3332 minus 3321.85 VA compensation = 10.15 residual retired pay
3. 15.5 years ACTIVE DUTY x 2.5% = 38.75% longevity multiplier
4. 4760 x 38.75% = 1844.50 longevity portion of retired pay
5. CRSC @ 70% with spouse = 1566.71
6. Using the data you provided, DFAS will pay:
CRSC = 1566.71
and
Residual retired pay = 10.15


You will also continue to receive your full VA compensation.

You did not mention if you took the blended retirement plan; if you did, the longevity factor per year is 2%, not 2.5%
