First of all thanks for any and all information I get from this thread.
I just finished my PEB appeal and received 50% army with 12 years in service so I’ll be receiving medical retirement. My question is with the amount of time it will take me to get my orders to clear and take 60 days of accrued terminal leave it will put me past 19JAN2019 which is my current ETS date. I’ve talked to my unit and they’re saying they will not extend my ETS date so I can take my leave. Has anyone else went through this type of situation?
