VA rep told me that my case should be going to PEB today, then 2-4 weeks peblo will contact me. I'll agree to the rating on that day to speed the process forward.
Do you know what the hold up was between time send to PEB and being found unfit? Asking because mine was sent up to PEB on the 12 Nov and I was found unfit 20 Nov. Curious to see if my VA timeline matches yours. From how I understand the VA starts its process once received from the PEB.
I'm not sure though, I just checked my va app on the 3rd and saw my claims was closed. did you call VA hot line or email your va rep? it took over a month for peb to find me unfit, but 8 days for you. waiting is suck.
MSC and Peblo are both ghosts... unless they need something from me lol. My lawyer was the one who told me and she checked on her own accord.
I mean this step you can check it yourself using VA app. whenever your claim is posted (should be open and close in 1 day like mine) should be very soon, then you can email your va rep or call va hot line if they're nice enough to tell you your overall rating.

Nice, congrats on getting some movement. I really do wish we had the ability to check a status electronically. It sucks we have to rely on other people and those people are probably handling a butt ton of cases.
Thanks. That would be nice. I had hoped they would drag it a bit so my kid could at least finish the school year. But it's ok. Medically retired and 100% is all I wanted for them. All you can do is be patient. In the meantime, build yourself a timeline similar to this one I made just for planning purposes if you haven't already. Mine is kind of jacked up since I haven't touched it since November and it continues to update automatically based on formulas. But you get the idea.

What got you to the 100% if you don’t mind me asking? I’m waiting on VES to send everything to the VA so the Doc can write my NARSUM now. I am super anxious though.
I claimed anything and everything under the sun. Didn't care if it was a mosquito bite from eight years ago. If it was in my medical record AND a qualifying disabilty IAW the 38 CFR AND continued to affect my quality of life (foot stomp), I claimed it. My dad is a retired Marine. He is also 100% P&T. However, seeing him now vs when I was teen and he was super fit and how jacked up the Marines made him as he aged made sense why he stressed to me conditions WILL worsen with time. I have friends who never served that are his age mid 50s and its night and day difference health wise. Heartbreaking stuff sometimes. I also had a family member die from cancer caused by exposure to the contaminated water while stationed at Camp Lejeune back then. Same age as my dad. Another reason I claimed everything. I want to live a long life and be around for my kids' kids. Long story short, you may not see things affecting you now and brush it off, but all problems will manifest tenfold later in life. My biggest concern was not truly knowing what all I have been exposed to over the years especially with the asthma happening randomly while serving.

If you go to SFAC and talk to I believe his name is Mr Nazarrio he will get you orders cut in 24 hours instead of having to wait 2 weeks
