First time poster needing some tips and recommendations on where I’m at in the process and how I should proceed. Also how long you guys think until I ETS.
NOV29,24- referred to MEB
DEC9,24- P3 signed and initial brief
DEC11- first contact with PEBLO
DEC13- contact with MSC
DEC20-JAN2 CP exams
JAN15- Doctor reached out and stated he’s finished my NARSUM. Reached out to my PEBLO and she said that she’s needing my commander statement. Haven’t had any update since.

It kind of depends. You could probably be out in as little as a couple months if you don’t appeal anything and request minimum time to get out. Conversely, you could probably push it another 6-8 months if you appealed the NARSUM, requested an IMR, rebutted that, and appealed the IPEB findings and go to a FPEB.
