Hello! I began this journey with MEB/PEB last September and my wife and I are finally seeing the end of the tunnel!!
1. High three base pay average $7,000
2. DoD disability retirement percentage 60% Army
3. Years and months of active duty computation. 15 years, 3 Months or 15.3
4. VA compensation: 100% P&T, with a spouse, no kids; $3336 ($3227.58 + SMC-K1)
5. Expected 60% CRSC- (PTSD + Tinnitus)
Questions:
- Under current law, does 60% CRSC equate to IU, thus getting the 100% CRSC award?
- I have 50% PTSD and 40% TBI, which the PTSD was taken at a higher percentage; (examiner couldn't separate conditions during exam) would these combined conditions = IU for CRSC purposes?
6. No, only CHP 61 retirement. Total time, less than 19.
Thank you for the assistance and having this Forum to help out Veteran SM's transitioning.
