Ive been reading a LOT about the med sep proccess, and different ratings. Ive been on Limited Duty (navy, 10 years in) for almost 12 months now for herniated Disc, Degenerative Disc Disease, and Spinal Stenosis.... They've done all operations to fix it and im still in an INSANE amount of pain constantly, currently on a chit working no longer than 8 hours. From what im reading I wont be getting much Disability, but i will likely NOT be able to hold any kind of job i can barely move around on my own. I've had other injuries in the past and currently talk to Mental Health but im not sure anything has been for sure diagnossed. Where can i view the evidence and records they pull from to see about previous injury claims i am able to make, and if i get a low rating and can not work, but options should i be looking at? Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you gone through the IDES process? If so the MSC from the VA will go through your records and help you identify contentions for VA compensation. If you can not move on your own, you should have a long list of contentions. Seek legal counsel.
