How did you receive proposed ratings? I am guessing this is not on your DA199?

Yeah. It is just the unofficial VA rating. It doesn’t have the breakdown nor the DoD rating. It is not the DA199. I got it by calling the 1800 VA number and asking them to send it to my email.

My va claim is with rater as well same timeline, no ratings as of today.

Since I have been assigned a rater is it safe to say that the IPEB has deemed me unfit?

I have the same worries as you. I think that you are deemed unfit based on the flow chart and what everyone is saying here.

One thing you can do is to contact the OSC (mil lawyer/paralegal). While mine didn’t have access to VTA tracker, they do have access to a tracking system for the PEB. I think he told me it was called ePEB. Anyway, the paralegal told me based on what is written there, I was found unfit but he can’t guarantee it because it doesn’t have the final signatures on it.

Also, hopefully you should see your unofficial VA ratings pretty soon. On the letter is says the following “Overview and Purpose: Your military service department requested assessment from VA because you were found unfit for continued military service…”

In regards to the unofficial va ratings letter. How did you get that? Was it emailed to you once you saw claim was closed in the va app?

Once it closes on the app, I called the VA 1-800 number. They are not supposed to send it to us because we are in the IDES process. They told me to get it from my PEBLO… I had to tried calling three times and the third person emailed it to me. I saw it on this message board and how you just tell VA agent that on the app it says it is going mailed to you. However, you will not be able to receive it because you are on vacation, out-of-town, etc… And ask them if they could e-mail it to you instead.

I signed my narsum October 30th and sent to PEB same day they told me 6-8 weeks this week will be my 7th hope I hear something soon I’m in Germany as well.
