Are you able to stay in the military if you get diagnosed with schizophrenia while in service? Any help is appreciated

Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder characterized by continuous or relapsing episodes of psychosis. Major symptoms include hallucinations, delusions, and disorganized thinking. Other symptoms include social withdrawal, decreased emotional expression, and apathy. Assuming the diagnosis is correct, a member with schizophrenia will be likely be found unfit and medically retired from the service.
