Anyone else having issues logging into LIMDUSMART? I don't know if the link changed maybe, but I keep getting a network error now.

Are you trying from a non-NMCI machine? If so, that may be the issue. The link only works on NMCI or Government machines from my experience. This is the link I used: https://edq.med.navy.mil/
