Currently assigned to a WTU, here is my timeline thus far:
March 2018: two level ACDF C5-C7
June 2018: Emergency irrigation and debridement due to infection and absess surrounding hardware and in neck
June-August 2018 PICC line antibiotics. RTD after 4 months con leave sept 2018
Nov 2018: assigned to WTU
Jan 2019: consult with army neurosurgeon; failed fusion c6/c7; cracked vertebrae at c4; loss of cervical lordosis; on going stenosis and degenerative disc disease; decline posterior neck surgery.
Jan 17 2019: p3 given
Feb 19 2019: Initial Peblo meeting indicating MEB
