MEB referral still not sent after 8 days

Hey all,

I signed my LIMDU sheet placing me on LIMDU pending MEB and my MEB referral on 24 SEP 2020. Problem is, my doc still hasn't sent the referral out yet. It's been sitting on her desk for over a week now and I keep getting told "you'll get a call when it's received". Looks like most people get a call from their PEBLO or VA rep withing 5-6 days so is this something I should be worried about? Another important piece of information is that the doc that is referring me to MEB is separating from active duty next week. I'm sure this is why she probably hasn't prioritized her patients but still...

Oof. That’s not good. I know it’s early in the process but I’ve been told since before my LIMDU started, in March, that I wouldn’t be able to stay in so it has been a long process to this point already.

Timelines are highly variable. My first MEB started quickly. My second one took months.
