Dear Forum Members:

it took some time and a few AKO-Tickets to get my husbands myMEB feature on AKO to work. Finally, we were able to check it this morning and the last update is
Date MEB Forwarded to PEB: 07/01/2011. We are a bit concerned, shouldn't it have some type of update that it has been received? Can it be in transit this long? Or do "they" not update that the MEB was received by the PEB.
Also, we are stationed overseas and hubby's packet was sent to Walter Reed. With Walter Reed closing, I am sure the MEB unit is transitioning too. Has anyone gotten word on how this will impact my husband's timeline? I tried to contact the PEBLO, and she has been so helpful in the past, but she is out of the office until August 17th, and I really don't want to waste that much time just to be told later that hubby's packet has been "lost" or something like that.
Any advice?

My packet is with Walter Reed as well. My packet was submitted and recieved to the PEB there on teh 29th of april. When you go into your MyMEB section there should be another tab that says PEB. if the PEB has recieved it, that tab will be updated with the date it was recieved. my MEB tab has said the same status since may, but my PEB only just got updated in June with a "recieved" date. so be patient.

as to the time line, I cannot give you a definate timeline however, My packet has been with them since April and I am still waiting for my result. It will be a long process with Walter Reed because of their transition, so just be patient and keep checking Jason's site for helpful information.

Inital PEBLO Counseling: 29 March
MEB Physician Appt: 30 March
Physical Completed: 30 March
Narrsum completed and turned into PEBLO: 20 April
MEB Approval Signatures: 22 April
Packet sent to PEB in DC: 29 April
Packet accepted to DC: 29 April
Results returned to PEBLO: N/A
Results are: N/A
DA 199 Signed: N/A

Thanks for your fast reply.
I contacted the person in lieu for the PEBLO and she was able to get the AKO info updated. So, obviously they received it the same day it was submitted (since it was done electronically).
Anyway, with looking at your timeline and the move of the PEB section, I think we are in for another Christmas here in Germany :(.
However, I have my fingers crossed for you, and that you may get your rating back soon!

If I can ask, How did you even get on to see anything? We sign onto AKO and can't see anything. What are we doing wrong?
