Hey guys, given that all the information I’m able to find online is super helpful for me I thought I would keep you guys updated with my timeline as well.

Did you have to pester VES in the beginning to get them to call you daily or did they just start calling you after you C&P exams were completed? I just finished my last one and an awaiting their upload into TOL.

Send an email to “CEO of Maximus” Bryan caswell and they’ll assign a VES Supervisor who will call you with daily updates

Your friend gave good advice. I hit about 2.5 months from referral to PEB and VA just closed my ratings today. Lady said once in closes the letter comes in 5-10 days (tried to get emailed a copy but she wouldn't). If you see emails pop up about additional exams, they just want clarification on the reports but call to make sure, your PEBLO won't be able to give you a answer about it but QTC will I had to redo some xrays because they missed a couple shots. Also I know people say ask for the proposed ratings but apparently the letter is supposed to upload online from the website itself at midnight. So I'll check tomorrow, could potentially help you from calling on repeat to try and get a letter emailed.
 
Yeah there was nothing and unfortunately for me when I called the VA they told me I have a second claim being filed pending final review so looks like I got delayed lol

Dude I’m sorry to hear that :| this whole process is super frustrating. I’m just worried because my family is moving home march 1st so my wife can start a new job. So the longer I’m here the longer I have to wait to go home and see my family

1/29/25: Called VA, they told me an individual rater is working on my claim currently, so I believe I was found unfit and it should be 19 days or less for ratings according to IDES timeline

It's all good man I'm used to it lol, good thing is I'm getting another exam for something I've been absolutely plagued with so I don't mind too much. An I get that man, me and my wife are struggling with when we should start planning our move with another kid on the way. It would be nice if they gave us more definite timelines that way we can actually plan our life for after we get out from this lol. An if yours is the same as mine, when I got told I had a rater assigned if took roughly 10 business days for my claim to close, for context I submitted 24 claims and that's about how long it took for them to go over all of it.

See now I’m not sure. I mentioned to someone it was in decision phase and they said that, that doesn’t mean I got the fit/ unfit ratings from the VA and they’re rating it. I’m so confused. I totally feel you though I wish I had at least more of a general idea when I’m getting out instead of guessing

Usually what happens is after the VA finish giving you a rating, the DOD will then look at what disability that causes you to get med boarded and will give you a DOD rating based on that disability. The VA however will give you ratings based on all of your issues that you claim. Now when you get your rating you will soon receive your DA199 and it will state you are unfit or not. Don’t worry about if they find you unfit or fit. As far as I know everybody that went through this med board phase are all found unfit even for the smallest thing. My NARSUM was written and signed on 12/09/2024 so it could be any day now that I will receive my ratings.

You should be get your result either at the end of February or beginning to middle of March it shouldn’t take that long. So don’t worry.

So from what I seen on another post is rarely do they find you fit anymore. On a good note I finally got my Unfit determination and my ratings from DOD and VA. My PEBLO stated they are backed up since they consolidated the PEB to San Antonio but they brought all the people there. My guess is end of Feb you should get a decision.

i did my NARAUM 12/09/2024 and I received my ratings February 10th. So it was right around 2 months including the holidays which were Christmas and new years. You should get yours beginning of March or maybe earlier end of February.

Yeah you get your da199 and once you concur the Peblo team is going to take like a day or two to generate you a NLTD. Once you get the the NLTD you talk to MR Nazario to put togather your packet to turn into to S1 so you can get your order. It goes pretty quick and you can clear in like 2 weeks which is the fastest.

02/18/25 LONGEST 4 DAY WEEKEND EVER. I was found unfit officially by the IPEB my claims are being rated currently. MSC says 1-3 weeks we should be good. After that just have to get that DA199 and I’m going home!
