To give some perspective my app closed Dec 20 and I signed Feb 19. So it could be anywhere from a couple weeks to a couple months. Depends on a lot of factors.

Are you calling the general line or setting up a VERA appt? I've seen that people can have some luck with the latter.

Try VERA (VA VERA). You can pick any location/state so check around for best availability!
They would have information on proposed claims?!
If you haven't already when you call choose option 3 for forms and just tell them that you "noticed my claim closed on the website and it stated a letter was sent but unfortunately I will be out of town for a bit so I was hoping you would be able to email it to me."
That seems to do the trick for most people.

Hey, I keep trying to call Jeff (9 AM EST) but it just automatically goes to voicemail, any idea on why? Maybe they shut the PEB number down?
Just saw this my bad. It would go to voicemail for me about 99% of the time and then randomly it would ring and he would pick up. Keep trying!

Just got a call back from Jeff! He told me my case was in the QA process! They received it on the 4th of March!
Just tried calling to get my proposed ratings as my claim closed today on the va.gov website...the person on the phone said that they couldn't send me proposed ratings because they weren't the final ratings and I'd have to wait to talk with my PEBLO...how did you finagle getting them to email you the proposed ratings?
I called, 5 times. the first four, every single one of them said “We can’t send them to do blah blah blah cus you’re in the IDES program.”
The 5th call, she was kind of reluctant with her wording. She said “Ah, you want an email of your VA documents?” And I said “Yes, I believe my proposed ratings.”, then she replied “Mhm. So your VA Rating Letter, sounds good!”
She never said IDES or proposed ratings because the calls are recorded.
Do NOT bring up IDES or PEB. And if they ask if they’re speaking to the veteran, just say yes, don’t correct them. Literally just keep calling until you get someone willing.

Call the VA 1000 number and choose the forms option. If your claim closed today the letter might not be available yet.
Update 18 Mar, no updates so far. I keep calling Jeff to see if there’s been any movement in my case from the original message he gave me that it was in the QA process. No answers every time. Hopefully I get that findings call soon.

Most timelines I’ve seen that are not in the holiday period, similar to mine, receive their findings roughly 5-15 days after their case has been closed on the VA app.
My case closed on 28 Feb, so 12 business days ago. Getting impatient!

I haven't managed to get the VA 1000 number to email me my ratings, but I do know them from NWW. Planning to wait until next week to call Jeff. Definitely feeling impatient!
