I am in the MED board process and my injuries were sustained from a vehicle accident. The police report stated I was not impaired and I wasn't even given a ticket, but my BAC was considered intoxicated in the hospital report. My LOD was found NLD due to misconduct at our State Surgeon office. I am AGR with 19 years AD 26 years total service. Is this going to keep me from getting my medical retirement pay and or VA? I am so nervous this is my future!!!
