Mental Health Conditions TDRL or PDRL

I wouldn’t use terms like “automatic” or “always”, but “often” MH conditions are TDRL. It’s because the services believe that people can and will improve after they get out. It’s the reason they try to lower percentages at the TDRL re-evaluation.
