Anybody have similar results on their DBQ, if so what rating did you get? It seems I have a mix of 50% & 70% symptoms. Also it seems he marked the occupational and social impairment a little low compared to other symptoms he expressed.
The diagnosis he put on here is different than what the military has me diagnosed with as well. He seems to think I fall under "Adjustment Disorder with Mixed Anxiety and Depressed Mood" instead of the military's "GAD" & "Panic Disorder". Hopefully what he has chosen is better.

Its marked at 30%. They will go off box #3a. In box 3a the first 2 checkmark options doesn't have it and has it but 0%. Next below the first 2 is 10%. Then the box he/she checked for you is 30%. The box below that is 50%, then 70% and then 100%.

Should be noted that they may rate you higher based on mental health treatment in service. I had almost identical marks as OP, but in service treatment was listed as justification for 50%. One of those rater discretion moments sometimes.

Lets hope that's the case for him! My wife had 30% but it was more about her minimizing her symptoms on C&P exam. She got it increased to 50% via VARR. It probably should have been 70% but since she maxed out DOD% with other unfitting conditions it wasn't worth trying to increase after she got out.

My treatment records alone meet the criteria for 70%, I'm going to hope these come in to play when it comes to the V.A rating it. The examiner had me in and out of that appointment in pretty much 10-15 minutes. Every question he asked he would barely let me answer and when I would try to explain deeper he would literally cut me off mid sentence to ask the next. Definitely did not do me justice in my opinion.

Be prepared for a low rating. Might be worth it to have your provider fill one out and submit a DBQ that is correctly filled out along with an explanation with the VA form for Statement in Support of a Claim. You can upload it to VA.gov to your claim which will have all the conditions combined into one claim. You can add and they will know which claim it is for since you have that information on the staement in support of claim form. Just make sure to attach a DBQ filled out by your provider with the correct symptoms. If you were 70% there should have been more symptoms checked so its not just about box 3a and what is checked.
I was definitely expecting a low rating and it's advisable to expect one out of the gate. I wasn't super worried since I still got to 100% & retirement % without the rating altogether. Wishing the best, but prepare for the worst.

Wasn't able to get her to submit a DBQ, but I was able to get her to write a health care summary that will definitely support a higher rating! It is being submitted to my claims. Hoping for the best.
If you clearly have 50 and 70% symptoms then you should have an easy VARR appeal that can correct the issue. My CP exam checked the box for 50% even though I had tons of evidence of symptoms that matched 70% (occupational and social impairment statement). So I was successful on the VARR.

I am currently in the PEB part of the IDES process and anxiously waiting my ratings. I was marked as "total occupational and social impairment". I'm just curious, are these "ratings" for the boxes accurate? This is the first time I saw anyone label them as actual percentage ratings. Also is that DOD side or VA side? Thank you ahead of time this forum has been extremely helpful!
The DOD will go off the V.As rating criteria. And essentially if most of your boxes fall under a certain % according to the V.A (Specifically 3a) you will receive that for the condition. And obviously your medical records should correlate as well.
