New profile in medpros after C&P

Already have been referred to IDES, finished all of the admin stuff, and done my C&P exams. My PEBLO provided me with my DBQs that were completed by QTC providers. However, this morning, a different profiling provider submitted and signed a P3 profile (same referred condition) with much more details on the limitations as a result of my condition, but no "approving authority" signature.

Is this expected? What does it mean?

Just want to make sure that the process isn't getting messed up or unintentionally restarting since there is no approving authority signature now.

Profile this late shouldn't matter, has your case gone to the peb yet?
 
I just had the same thing happen to me I finished my C&P's waiting on DBQs/NARSUM and saw the change in profile. For me it was HRC MEB providers that updated the P3 adding a non deployability code. From what I gather this will not affect timeline its more administrative. For reference I'm an officer idk if the profiled go thru HRC for the enlisted side.
 
My MEB NARSUM provider added a P3 for me and a condition that wasn’t originally part of my referred condition. Shouldn’t slow anything down. Probably just wasn’t enough info in it to protect you.
