This process is a joke. We are on day #51 and seems like my case is in with 400 other cases. If I don't hear anything after this 96, I will be contacting my congressman. This process needs to be fixed and I read another case that it took 55 days for them to get an answer from the PEB. I am also looking for the reference that my PEBLO stated they had 30 days to come up with an answer, but he doesn't have anything and the only thing I can find is a memorandum from 2011 stating they had 21 days. So if anyone has anything, please let me know.
Actually found the site for the PEBLO that has the SECNAV Overseas Policy Letter that is still in affect stating they have only 21 days from the time the PEBLO sends it to the PEB and the PEB accepts it in their records..
