Hello,
Apologies for spamming the forums today, but I continue to research and find more questions. Most questions I have I always search via Google, and I seem to always find information that contradicts other information. I feel like the info that is provided here is appreciably more trustworthy.
Here is a snippet of a conversation I found on Reddit. A person references the CFR section 4.59 as it applies to painful motion, as well as the schedule of ratings for shoulder ROM:

Can anyone here confirm if the above information is accurate? Is pain in shoulders really worth 20% per side, even with no ROM issues? I find it really hard to believe that, but the verbiage from the CFR seems to suggest that is the case.
Shaun
