PEB HOTLINE

Has anyone had any luck on reaching someone through the PEB hotline number? I called so many 202 numbers near the Navy Yard (PEB) for some kind of answer. They all directed me back to the hotline number but I am not getting any response. Also, one rep from MNCC told me to reach out via email because they no longer answer their lines? However, I see some folks on this forum state that they did in fact get in contact with a rep here and there. I am just waiting on my EAS to be made and sent to my PSD/PEBLO. They concurred and received my signings but I feel like my acceptance of findings are just sitting on someone's desk (pretty sure like many more) but I am trying my best to intercept and get them to push my finished case out, so I can be done. I am Navy side and heard that it usually does not take this long. This is causing my Chain of Command to become agitated as well and I wouldn't want "things" to get routed up to them but hey........ Anyway, any information helps. Thanks!

Wow does it ever end.... I am sorry you are having these issues I thought after findings it gets easier but apparently not in 2019. The PEB is going through something serious apparantly. I reached them on a Friday 1 pm to be more accurate but on the same generic number though, hopefully someone on this forum will respond with a better way to contact them, I will be keeping an eye on your thread because I'm sure this may be and ongoing issue due to there recent lost of man power. There has to be another way to get answers there is no way it is just one way to contact them. If possible and if you do have email information I would start emailing at least that leaves a paper trail and a timeline of reaching out. Good Luck

I agree completely. Also, I understand what they are going through but it is not professional in my eyes but hey... Lol. I've reached out twice by email and have gotten nothing back. My question is, why does it go back through the PEB if they are wayyy behind? Even still, they concurred and received the paperwork. Therefore, how hard is it to submit to PSD? My PEBLO is even curious about this. Not trying to bash them or the system but it is a real issue if you can't even have a full healthy department to run. Someone has to nip this in the bud before this becomes a worse system. I hope your case moves along as well. It is such a shame to have us service members struggle with insight on our cases because of their conflicts. Like you said... there has to be another way!!! BTW... here is the email:

Have you tried (202) 685-6419? I reached someone at 0758 yesterday morning. The mistake I made was that they only service Navy and Marines. I'm Army so no results for me. Good luck. Just to add I was calling (202) 685-6422 and got nothing, I called 6419 and they answered instantly.
