I'm going through the MEB process currently I just finished my last QTC exam and am waiting for my NARSUM. My question is whether or not in your opinion will I be found fit or unfit based on my referred injury?
It is quite confusing but essentially I've been referred to the meb due to back pain severe enough that I cant do my MOS (68E dental specialist) due to the fact that in order to work on patients id have to lean forward for hours. Standing for extended periods, walking, anything physical causes me pain. Method of injury was a serious car accident where I was the passenger. I'm not sure what or if they've been able to pin a specific diagnosis due to the fact that it was originally believed that I had a Ruptured disc, but MRI didn't appear to indicate that. It is extremely stressful because my injury's pain is affecting everything in my life, being blunt I'm ready to be out mentally as well due to some traumatic events so I'm a little worried about being found fit... I've also been diagnosed with anxiety and depression I'm not sure if that makes any difference. In your opinion what're my chances of being found unfit? (ive been on profile over a year due to the injury and have tried all options for recovery to no avail)

I am assuming you are Army. If you can't do your MOS, I'd lean toward unfit. Have you contacted free legal counsel?
