PTDY while in the IDES process in the USAR.

Has anyone gone thru the IDES process while being a National Guard or Army Reservist received PTDY for their Medical Retirement??
I just got my retirement orders which state I am entitled to 20 Days of PTDY however my command is stating that since I am in the Army Reserves I am not entitled to the PTDY. Yep, I am in the WTU and the WTU Consolidated Guidance states that only AD Soldiers are entitled to the PTDY.

Just looking to see if anyone received the PTDY and how they went about getting the PTDY?

I have not heard of anyone and I have been in WTB for over 1 1/2 years. They just came out with a memorandum telling us we can only take 60 days of leave and sell everything else. I think its BS on both accounts. Im a Reservists and my house is no where near the WTB but what if I want to move if I find a new job 200 miles away? I think we should be entitled to the same as AD.
