Hi, I’ve been going through the PEB process since November 2018 and it’s been rough. I was found unfit on February 15, 2019 and the VA received my PEB results on February 20, 2019. Does anyone have any insight on how long the VA takes to get those ratings out? Mind you I have two referred conditions with ten others.

Your list of contentions, like others, sounds extensive. If you search the forums this has been addressed numerous times. Current timelines for initial claims are averaging between 3-8 months. Appeals are taking 4-5 months.
I’m in the same predicament as you va has had my packet since feb 22, still waiting on the proposed ratings, they told me I should get something by the end of next week, but I’m not holding my breath....

01MAY18: 1st LIMDU Period.
26SEP18: Brain Surgery, Removal of Tumor.
15OCT18: MEB initiated.
05NOV18: Initial PEBLO Meeting.
14NOV18: Initial VA Claims Meeting.
23NOV18: C&P Exams.
11DEC18: C&P Results Received.
12DEC18: Flight Physical (Aviation Disqualified).
19DEC18: PEBLO Review/Package sent to PEB.
05JAN19: PEB Forwarded to VA Disability for Ratings.
21MAR19: VA Rating Evaluation Complete, Waiting on Approval.
22MAR19: Claim(s) are closed on eBenefits.
15APR19: PEBLO recieved results.
16APR19: Accepted findings, 0% DoD / 90% VA. (Unfit)
19APR19: Meeting with VA Representative.
