A short introduction to my case. A few days ago I was referred to the MEB.
Because I had brain surgery and I have some complications.

I am waiting for the NARSUM, I do not know what condition they referred... My question is, where do I have to document all my conditions? They must be in the NARSUM?
 
I would not expect all conditions to be in your NARSUM. You will meet with a MSC (VA Representative). The MSC will help YOU identify all conditions for the VA to evaluate.

A narrative summary usually is a big picture look at your health, not every single detail.
