I already have VA Form 21-2680 and supporting medical evidence documenting my need for daily assistance. I want to apply for SMC Aid & Attendance (A&A), but I’m not sure how to do it through VA.gov.
- Do I need to submit any additional forms, like VA Form 21‑526EZ?
- Can someone walk me through the online submission process or share instructions?
- I want to make sure I submit it correctly so that it’s treated as a single SMC A&A claim, without triggering separate C&P exams for individual symptoms.
