Is it normal to have two different exams for TBI. One was with the neurologist and my secound they said it is with a psychiatrist. Just wondering if this is the way they do all TBI C & P

Yeah, it's pretty normal IMO. Because of the TBI it's possible to have a psychiatric condition, that's why it was probably requested by the VA
