Hello everyone,

im currently on TDRL with 30% DOD for an esophageal condition. I had my virtual examination and the rating has been changing to 10%. I just received this information today. Has anyone been through the process of demanding a formal hearing.

Thank you. I’m Marines so I may have to look for an alternate.
I found this website for Navy:

Department of the Navy Disability Evaluation System Counsel Program

Temporary Disability Retired List (TDRL) and those scheduled for a formal board in Washington D.C., should call 202-685-7180 or email.
