Upgrade.Vet is a very valuable resource that can be used for all BCMR, discharge review, and physical disability review appeals. The owner, Jim Carlson, just completed a huge update to include every BCMR case in the DoD Reading Room (previously it was only updated to 2015). The website is a much more valuable tool than the DoD reading room as it allows users a greater ability to search for specific cases and enables users to filter by service, year, type of case, and whether it was approved or not.
