have a question. just got back from deployment and my ps is getting ready to start the flag process. i had surgury over a year ago for an acl injury and that limited my cardio for over 6 months. i then deployed with a ps profile. is there any exception to post pone the flag or something else i can do not to get flagged?

What are you current limitations (according to your profile)?

i just received a permanent profile that states no running. but i received that right before i deployed in november

The only way to not get flagged is to make weight. Regardless of any medical limitations that you may have, they only limit the time it would take you to make weight. Lets say you have a medical condition like hypothyroidism, a flag will not be initialized until after a doctor documents stating that you have this problem and then how long it will take for the medication to take effect. If you have a no running profile, your chain of command can and will always argue that there are other cardio exercises that you can do to lose weight.
