My OSC lawyer was great she reviewed all my DBQs and was able to estimate my percentages and she was right on the mark

I tried to start a poll of people who have recieved estimates from the lawyer and how accurate they were. Didn't take off though. I'm glad to hear at least one was right on the mark.

Last Appeal: 07/29/2024 My appointed lawyer ghosted me for a while lol / was also sent back and forth because they wanted all conditions on there even if I wasn't appealing the decision (weird)
Appeal Complete: 08/02/2024: no more changes
Signed DA 3947 to head to PEB: 08/02/2024
Message from PEBLO: 08/16/2024 (awesome PEBLO) let me know that PEB is really slow these days and will let me know when they complete
Message from PEBLO: 0826/2024 stating I'm on my 2nd vote
Unfit Decision: 08/27/2024
Sent to VA for Ratings: 08/27/2024
VA Ratings close 09/16/2024
VA Ratings: 09/17/2024 I called the VA and they emailed them to me 100% VA Proposed however also received email saying they sent back an exam for further clarification because the DBQ wasn't all the way filled out
As of today: waiting to hear from the DOD/ official VA proposal from PEBLO. However I know he is on vacation so will probably receive my DA199 and proposed ratings next week.

DA199 and VA ratings received: 09/20/2024; 90% DOD and 100% VA
Asked for formal board to make it to 28 March 2025 to get 20 years Formal Board set for March 11th 2025 / before some VA ratings change
Signed DA199 on 27th December 2024 so I can start processing out and use all leave and PTDY before 28 March 2025
Waiting on orders hopefully by early next week so I can get moving.
