What can stop a medboard after the approving authority granted and signed the P3 profile? If your chain of command adverse action flags you can that stop a medboard? What can your chain of command do to stop a medical board?
Typically adverse action and MEB/PEB operate in parallel and the first GO in your chain decides if your injury/illness contribute to the adverse action or not.
Has anyone ever seen a MEB stopped because of a surgery that can fix the issue such as AFIB? Or do I just fight to be found fit for duty based on Dr and Command feedback.
