I'm trying to gather some papper work so I can get the 3 grand they took from my Severance check back I was told I can get that back as long as I turn in a packet within the callender year but I need that da199 with other papper work i already gathered
Where can i accsess my da 199 form after being out dose theform only need two signaturse or am i supposed to get another coppy after singing it

You can try and contact your former PEBLO. You may luck out that they have access to your records.
Your signature isn't required on the final DA199 if there is no other action that can be taken. My wife requested an appeal in writing and a VARR so once the VARR was done she got an updated DA199 but her signature wasn't required. Of course if you want you could wet sign it if it makes you feel better but its not required in that situation.
Your official military personnel record should also contain the completed 199. If you are Army, it’s in your OMPF. You can access it with your DS login.
