Just started the IDES process this week. I am a STS1 and have been referred due to the PLIF surgery I had in April fusing L4 through S1. Any information on the process or results from anyone who has had a similar surgery would be great. Had the phone brief with the lawyer and it did not give me the warm and fuzzies.
I forgot to add before I went to Number: 2. Make sure both of you pay close attention to what is being exam. In most case the physician will write in their report that they have exam a part of your body that you know he or she never exam. If this happen go home and have your wife or husband write an affidavit of all the things in that medical report that did not happen.
Today I want to help the Veterans with some information that will help you. Recently the VA is not on outside as I am sure most of you are learning this. The VA start to look for out-side physician that speak their language. Keep reading the post to the next statement.
I had a C & P exam on Last week. The va advised I had total occupational and social impairment. Symptoms. Depressed mood, anxiety, suspiciousness, mild memory loss, diff maintaining relationships, and more. I would like your input on what you think the out come could be.
I retired 9 years ago 1 Nov 2009, at that time I was rated at 80% by the VA. I received my first VA Disability payment on Jan 2010 for the December payment. I did an appeal of my entire case in Oct 2010, was denied any action on my case. Later I received a call from the VA in the month of Oct. 2012 asking me to come in for an evaluation the very next month Nov 2012 the VA increased me up to 100%. CRSC
I have to ask I've been out of the Army for 6 years and I'm 100% VA Disability , 3 Months ago I turned in my CRSC application after talking a few other veteran that told I need to apply . I just wanna know how long does it take for this process. I figure that the process would have gotten a little faster.
Sir. I filled out for the CRSC. I received a letter saying I would know something in 8 to 12 months. We mailed the paperwork off to CRSC in May 2018, and was notified they received the documents. Yet, we haven’t heard anything after that....
I’m 100% VA, & 80% Army, & I have a Purple Heart due to my TBI.
Do you know what percentage I may receive?
Hi Jason. I went through a PEB years ago and was rated unfairly. Mike Parker tried to help me in 2013 but eventually stopped helping. He did agree with me though. Would you know anyone who would try to help me?
