I really need help to understand this MEB Process

Please help...I had a command directed evaluation. and the psychologist gave me an outbrief of her report saying I had major depression disorder and adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depressed mode. I have an off base provider that has diagnosed me with PTSD. How do I make sure the right diagnosis is sent to AFPC if they are choosing to submit a meb and prove me unfit for duty. Please someone explain the process.

Right now you are putting the cart in front of the horse. Your number one focus at this moment should be treatment for your condition(s). If you are unable to make progress with treatment, a MEB may then come into play.
